CREATING A PROFILE

Signing up to NouvelleBox couldn't be easier - we just need a few pieces of basic information to get your profile up and running. First choose whether it is a company or individual profile that you need. 

Then choose the profile plan that is most suitable for you. You will be able to upgrade your account at any time. 

Now that you have created an account, fill out as much information as you can about yourself/your brand in the spaces provided. The fuller your profile looks the better. 

And make sure you upload a profile picture so that your profile can be easily identified! 

You can move quickly and easily between sections of your profile using the headings at the top of the page.

Make sure you save any changes that you have made to ensure that your updates are applied to your profile.

CAN I PICK MY OWN URL / WEB ADDRESS?

You don't need to keep the random URL that is generated when you started your profile. You can choose the URL you want. Go to your profile and click Edit profile. From here you can choose your own URL and save. The URL has to be unique, so you won't be able to save it if it has already been used by someone else.

WHERE CAN I ADD MY SKILLS, EXPERTISE AND AWARD WINS?

To add in your award wins, your skills and your expertise go to your Extra Information page in the Edit Tell section.

On this page you can add:

• Clients
• Collaborations
• Awards
• Appearances

CAN I HIDE MY PROFILE?

If you need to hide your profile for any reason, this is easy to do. Head to your Account settings. Under Privacy, you can choose who you would like your profile to be visible for, and whether your profile is searchable. 

You have the option for your profile to be seen by:

Everyone
NB members
Your Connections
No one

You can also set whether you would like to make your profile searchable or not. 

To completely hide your profile you will need to choose Seen by: No one, and ’No’

HOW DO I DELETE MY PROFILE?

If you'd like to completely remove your account visit your Account Settings. At the bottom of the page there is a Delete Account button
