NouvelleBox: New York

Off the back of tremendously successful showroom in September 2023, NouvelleBox sought to expand its reach to new markets in 2024, namely the US. Over the course of three days, a curated group of brands from the NouvelleBox community presented their latest designs and newest collections.

From the 4th - 6th of February, the historic Bard Room at the Hotel Chelsea was transformed into a luxurious haven for jewellery lovers. The intimately lit space, complete with ornate European-inspired interiors, and Victorian Gothic architecture, played host brands, buyers and press from across the US and further afield.

Built in 1884, the Hotel Chelsea has stood the test of time. The landmarked building situated on Manhattan's West Side has a rich history, with icons such as Jack Kerouac, Stanley Kubrick, and Sid Vicious calling it home - as well as the being the set of Andy Warhol's Chelsea Girls.

This seasons curation presented an eclectic mix of exciting jewellery brands. Ranging from the expressly modern aesthetics of Ouie’s hardware-inspired  designs, to the ornate reclamation of antique diamonds by Hargreaves Stockholm, the NouvelleBox New York showroom was as varied as ever.

Following the positive reception of this first venture into the US, NouvelleBox will look to further expand its calendar of showroom events throughout 2024, with an eye to returning to New York later this year.
